Mid-year meeting = $193.78

• Educational Committee workshop: Steve Tatum will attend Seeking the right path for VR users on Friday, March 14.
• Individuals donated 7 museum catalogs to the VRAaffle.
• The Mid-Atlantic and Southeast chapters are meeting for dinner after the chapter meetings.
• Tina Updike was not here today to give the SEI report. The information will be given at the Foundation information session  on Thursday.
• Fall meeting
• Liz will be traveling during the summer, so Bob Willis will do work with Greg Most of the National Gallery of Art and Krystyn Regina of ARLIS to arrange for the joint VRA and ARLIS/NA chapters meeting. Liz will also need to talk to Greg about what he wants to do.

• The Newseum and Hillwood were discussed as alternate sites.
• Speakers for the fall meeting and are mainly up to Greg and any suggestions from ARLIS.
• We should meet on a Friday so people can stay overnight.
• We need to elect a Jan. 2009 – Dec. 2010 chair at the fall meeting.
• It has been difficult to post the post minutes to the web, so Lise Hawkos should be contacted to help. She is leaving the board, but will help Liz.
• Dues were collected.
