1. Macie Hall thanked Ann Burns on behalf of the Chapter for her service as Secretary/Treasurer. Discussion followed on possible candidates for her successor. Ann volunteered to call three suggested people: Sarah Falls, Mollie Hutton Marder and Meghan Gross. (Update: Mollie Hutton Marder declined with thanks, and Sarah Falls and Meghan Gross agreed to run for the office).

2. Discussion of a meeting place for the next joint meeting of ARLIS/NA-MD-DC-VA and VRA Mid-Atlantic: ARLIS has suggested the Virginia Museum of Fine Arts in Richmond, and Annapolis. Norfolk was also mentioned as a possibility; the consensus of the group was for Annapolis.

3. Organizing for the VRA Conference in Baltimore: Macie has set up a listserv for internal communication among the organizers. A poster promoting the VRA and the conference will be available for $5.00 at the conference as a fundraiser. A Mid-Atlantic chapter meeting will be held at the conference.

4. Discussion of a meeting place for the summer meeting of the Mid-Atlantic Chapter. Two suggestions, American University, hosted by Kathe Albrecht, and Hillwood Museum, hosted by Amy Stidwill McKenna. The consensus was that Hillwood Museum would be the better choice.

The meeting ajourned at 10:45AM

Respectfully submitted,
Ann Burns, Secretary/Treasurer
