Chapter chair, Emy Decker, called the meeting to order.

Minutes from the San Diego meeting were read and approved.

Announcements:

The Visual Resources Association is working to have Member Clicks also collect individual chapter dues at the same time the annual dues for VRA are collected.

There was no formal Treasurer’s report because the bank account had only recently been changed from Mary Alexander’s name into Pat Cosper’s.

There was no unfinished business and we moved on to New Business.

We will have our next meeting in Toronto at the VRA annual meeting. The summer meeting of the chapter will be in Raleigh. Pat Cosper will plan to attend a workshop in Toronto and then will make a presentation at the summer meeting.

Emy Decker’s chapter chair term will expire and we need to call for nominations for a new chapter chair. Emy will send an email about the procedure.

We had a very informal discussion about out various work environments and the challenges that we all face on a day to day bases.

It was determined there was no additional business and the meeting was adjourned.
