Meal Plans
Cash can be used to purchase food and other items on and off campus during the Institute, and most campus vendors and all restaurants accept credit cards. While many of you may choose to make your food purchases with cash or a credit card, it may be inconvenient for you to pay for food, retain receipts and then be reimbursed for expenses by your institution. You may prefer to have most of your expenses paid up front.
For those of you who would find it advantageous for reimbursement purposes to purchase a meal plan there are three options available:
- Option 1: Festival Food Court. This meal plan will include breakfast, lunch and dinner for the five full days of the Institute. $107.12
- Option 2: Festival Food Court. Breakfast and lunch for the five full days of the Institute. $68.25
- Option 3: Festival Food Court (Commuter plan): Lunch for the five full days of the Institute. $38.85
For those of you are planning on eating off campus, Harrisonburg offers a variety of dinning choices. Click link for a comprehensive list of local restaurants and their menus.
