Subscription to VRA-L requires that you be a member in good standing of the Visual Resources Association. When you join VRA you will be automatically subscribed to VRA-L. To join VRA please contact:

(This must be done from the email account which you wish to unsubscribe from VRA-L. If you use someone else's account to send this command, your VRA-L account will NOT be affected as you intend. If you decide to unsubscribe, the list moderator will have to re-subscribe you at a later date.)
If you only want to stop mail for a short time (such as while you are on vacation), please see E., 4. below.
